Shipping via UPS:
All orders ship in 24 hours or less, Monday through Friday (Holiday's are the Exception where the warehouse or UPS are not operating).

Orders placed on Monday will ship the same day (if it is early enough in the day to make the UPS pickup time) otherwise, they will ship the following business day.

Shipping turn-around:
Orders place on Friday before noon (Central time for party invitations from "Glad Tidings" & Pacific time for "Wedding Invitation Kits") will ship that day. if the UPS pickup is missed, your order will ship on the following Monday.

Our shopping cart has been designed to show you how many days your order should be received:
This is based on UPS work days. If you select "3 Day UPS" on an order that you place on Saturday. You will see "5 Days Shipping" because UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday. Your order should arrive on Thursday. Also, please note that UPS does not guarantee the number of "UPS Ground" shipping days. If you need an order in 3 days - we recommend selecting "3 Day UPS".

Note: If you require faster delivery, UPS Saturday deliveries are available during the ordering process.

We strive to deliver your invitations and products in a rapid manner. All of the products on this website are "not personalized", which means, your order will not be delayed by a 3rd party printing company like the invitations in the sample books you see in local retail stores. You are in control of your order - not the printer!

We stand behind the quality of the products you see on our website. They are made from the highest quality paper in the industry. Every product indicates the paper weight of the material. Additionally, all of the paper products on our website (with very few exceptions - Raw sheet "Riccio Paper" is made in Italy - but converted into invitations in the USA) are made in the USA, not overseas, employing our workforce.

Quality Promise:
If there is a problem with your order (Example: Wrong item ordered) We will replace your order promptly, without excuses, as we no longer are bound to a 3rd party printing company on our blank party invitations and wedding invitation kits. Lastly, if a product is in short supply, you will see the available quantity on hand ready to be shipped in the shopping cart.
